A tip for mom's...

So, I just got a new nursing job at a Pediatric Clinic about 33 miles
north of where we currently live. I have seen way too many cute
kids and have been thoroughly enjoying it! Here's a little tip that I
learned for the kiddies & mom's (some of you may have already done
this)...if you are having trouble putting your little one to bed or they
can only go to sleep while rocking in your arms try this. Place them
in their crib when you'd like to put them to bed. Grab a clean shirt
that you have worn, roll it up and place it right next to their cheek.
The smell of your shirt gives babies the feeling that you are right
next to them and then they won't need to be rocked to sleep as much!
Try it and let me know how it works for you:-)
P.S. I have a new niece! Elena Grace Aguilar! She's a doll:-)

That's a great tip! I'll have to use it with the next baby. I sure could have used it with Lily the first three months that she was colicky.

Congrats on landing a job so quickly, that's always exciting. And a pediatric clinic sounds like a blast! I guess you won't have to spend all your time playing the piano at rest homes and funerals now.
